Shipping Policy.​

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Standard processing time: 1–5 business days

  • Busy periods (sales, launches, holidays): 3–10 business days

  • Handmade or customised items may take longer

You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed and a dispatch email once it has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail and other couriers when needed.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 1–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, weather, customs, or busy seasons.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight

  • Size

  • Destination

You will see the final shipping cost before completing your order.

4. Tracking

Most orders include tracking. Your dispatch email will contain:

  • Tracking number

  • Tracking link (if available)

If tracking is not available for your shipping method, we will state this clearly at checkout.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Parcels returned due to wrong or incomplete information

If a parcel is returned to us, you may need to pay additional postage to have it resent.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

A parcel is considered lost only when confirmed by the courier.

If your parcel is delayed:

  • UK orders: allow 10 business days

After this time, we will investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Include photos of the packaging and item

We will replace or refund damaged items according to our Refund Policy.

8. Pre‑Orders

If your order contains pre‑order items:

  • Your order will ship once all items are ready

  • Estimated dispatch dates will be shown on the product page

If you want in‑stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
